How moderation works
Practices can respond. They cannot control publication.
Some reviews may require email confirmation. Where enabled, reviewers may optionally submit receipt or photo evidence for a verified-visit signal. Veterinary practices can publish a response or report a concern, but Vet Reviews makes the final moderation decision.
