Can a practice remove an unfavourable review?
No. Review moderation remains independent from practice management and commercial tools. Practices can respond, report genuine policy concerns and provide context, but cannot approve or hide reviews.
Do we need a separate Incentively account?
No separate login is needed. An approved claim connects the practice to an Incentively organisation and workspace behind the same account.
