VetReviews.uk is an independent UK-based digital publisher and review platform operated by Incentively Limited, registered in England and Wales. Company number: 17121895.
Our role
VetReviews.uk provides directory information, review tools and practice profile services. We are not a veterinary practice and we do not provide veterinary, medical or emergency advice.
Reviews
Reviews must be based on genuine experiences and must be honest, fair and lawful. You must not submit fake, incentivised, abusive, discriminatory, misleading, defamatory or malicious reviews.
Moderation
VetReviews.uk may approve, reject, edit, hide or remove content where we believe it is spam, irrelevant, unlawful, abusive, misleading, defamatory, unsupported or otherwise unsuitable. Practices cannot moderate, edit or remove reviews themselves.
Practice claims and connected tools
Practices can claim and manage their core Vet Reviews profile free of charge. Optional Incentively products and usage may be subject to separate commercial terms, but they never affect review scores, rankings, moderation or the removal of negative reviews.
Practice information
Practice details may be imported from third-party data, public sources, practice submissions or user suggestions. Always contact the practice directly before relying on opening hours, emergency arrangements, prices, animal types or services.
Liability
VetReviews.uk is provided on an as-is basis. We are not responsible for decisions made using the site, loss arising from reliance on directory information, or veterinary outcomes.
