The team were incredibly kind, compassionate, and caring during a very difficult time. Despite the tough circumstances, every member of staff treated both us and our pet with genuine empathy, patience, and professionalism. They took the time to explain everything clearly, showed real sensitivity throughout, and made an upsetting experience much more manageable. We are deeply grateful for the care and support they provided and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a veterinary practice that truly cares.

Friendly vet, unfortunate circumstance

Unfortunately we had to have our Clumber Spaniel, Arthur, put down at Chipping Norton Vets back in 2025. We've only ever had positive experience with these vets. The condition that Arthur was suffering with was something I was unfamiliar with called IVDD - which progressed very quickly and essentially left him paralysed within just a few days. Before this, Arthur was a healthy but chaotic boy, so our dealings with Chippy vets were few and far between, but they have some good staff there.
