04

How we sound

Independent, useful and plain-spoken. We help pet owners decide; we do not tell them what opinion to have.

Say

“Read independent reviews on Vet Reviews.”

“Rated 4.8/5 on Vet Reviews.”

“Review us on Vet Reviews.”

Avoid

“Vet Reviews approved.”

“Recommended by Vet Reviews.”

Anything implying that paying, claiming a profile or embedding a badge is an endorsement.

05

Ratings belong to the live record.

Practices are welcome to show their rating, but the number must stay live and linked back to the source.

Rated on Vet Reviews★★★★★4.8 / 5Example only

Claimed practices should use the official embed from their Practice Sharing Kit. It updates automatically and links to the public profile. Do not recreate a badge with a hand-typed rating.

06

Official practice review QR codes

Every veterinary practice in the directory receives one permanent Vet Reviews QR code automatically.

Good use

Reception, waiting rooms, invoices, receipts and post-visit material. The message should invite honest feedback from everyone.

Fixed destination

The QR opens that practice’s Vet Reviews review journey. Practices can download the code but cannot change its destination or generate arbitrary new Vet Reviews QR codes.

Keep it scannable

Do not crop, stretch, recolour, overlay the centre or place it on a busy background.

07

Protect the meaning of the brand

Use Vet Reviews prominently when it helps people understand where a rating or review comes from, but never make the relationship misleading.

DoKeep attribution clear

Link badges to the Vet Reviews profile and keep our name visible beside ratings.

DoInvite honest feedback

Use neutral wording and make the same review invitation available to a fair group of clients.

Don’tImply endorsement

A Vet Reviews listing, claimed profile, rating badge or QR code does not mean Vet Reviews recommends a practice.

Don’tManipulate the mark

No stretching, recolouring, effects, gradients, outlines or unofficial “approved” badges.

The download pack contains both approved transparent logo variants — green for light backgrounds and white for dark backgrounds — plus the core colour references. Rating embeds and each practice’s permanent review QR are generated live from Vet Reviews.
