Yes. Verified practices can send direct review-request emails and use review links or the permanent practice review QR. The platform includes safeguards and does not support review gating.
Can a veterinary practice respond to reviews?
Yes. Verified practices can publish professional responses and report genuine policy concerns. Vet Reviews retains the final moderation decision.
Can we remove negative reviews?
No. A commercial relationship with Vet Reviews does not give a practice the ability to hide or remove unfavourable feedback. Reviews may only be removed for moderation, legal or policy reasons.
