After a couple of years of calls, texts and emails I eventually acquiesced and signed up for their monthly subscription even though I was quite happy with my existing vet. This is a well planned strategy of free appointments to get you through their doors as often as possible, where they will proceed to advise unnecessary procedures at a high cost. Check other reviews. They immediately load appointments you don't request, which in retrospect you realise is an insurance policy should you want to exit your subscription as you will have to pay the cost of the expensive appointments you never requested. Due to their advise, I arrived with a healthy dog and left with an unhealthy one due to their suggestions, whilst they continue to charge me monthly and ignore my emails. Sadly all focus is on branding and marketing as opposed to the service they provide.
