Thaxted Vets

Thaxted Vets has cared for pets in the Thaxted and Saffron Walden area since 2007. Its surgery is based in the Shirehill area of Saffron Walden, and consultations are arranged by appointment. The practice emphasises continuity, aiming for owners to see the same veterinary surgeon where possible.

Services include vaccinations, neutering, ultrasound and digital X-ray. Most surgical work and routine laboratory tests are carried out at the practice, while selected specialist procedures and more complex laboratory investigations are referred externally. The team also assists with pet import and export arrangements.
