I am deeply disappointed by my experience at this practice. From the outset, I felt that neither my pet nor I were treated with the care, compassion and professionalism I expected. I was lied to, given inaccurate information, and was totally misled. The whole focus was based on monetary gain, not my cat. I was asked to bring my poorly cat to another appointment with me, he wasn’t even looked at, it was purely for emotional blackmail. Based on my experience with a particular vet, I would NOT recommend this practice. I hope ‘she’ can reflect on how to communicate with clients!.
